Picea Pungens 'Hoopsi'
This Colorado Spruce can grow to be 30-50' tall and 10-20' wide. It is the most blue tree of its kind, with new growth sprouting in as a bright blue. Since this is an evergreen tree, it does not lose its needles in the winter and has a year round interest.
