Thuja occidentalis 'Degroot's Spire'
This is a slow growing arborvitae that only gets to be about 20' tall and 4-5' wide. Can definitely be used as a sort of "privacy fence" between properties. Being an evergreen, this tree keeps its foliage through the winter, giving it a year-round interest.
